Eye Twitch

I have developed an eye twitch.  This has only happened one other time in my life and that was after Katrina when my house was hit by a city water truck and then my car was hit by a drunk driver and my insurance threatened not to pay for the damage.  To sum it up Im stressed.  Im stressed about jobs Im stressed about moving Im stressed about Robs business and Im stressed about the fact that New Orleans city government is as corrupt if not more so than Nigeria's government.

Im really too young to hate this much but thats whats happening.  I hate that I feel like I have to scratch and claw my way through applications and hoops for jobs that Im very qualified for.  I hate that New Orleans city government doesn't act in a way that benefits the city and instead the people elected only act in ways that benefit themselves.  Coming from Chicago you would think that I would be used to corruption but New Orleans is making my blood boil.  

The only thing that makes me feel better right now about the state of the world is that I truly believe the world will outlast us and we humans will simply be a dark spot on its long history.
